I became interested in dog training while dealing with dogs who were runners. I read books and watched shows in an effort to learn how to help these dogs. Nothing worked. Finally I found the “Dog Whisperer”, Cesar Millan. Similar to Always Faithful  Dog Training, Cesar understands dog psychology and promotes leadership as the key to training. Learning how to be a pack leader changed my life and helped me train my dogs. I adopted a dog labeled "aggressive ". When I successfully rehabilitated her in two weeks, I made the decision to do the covid pivot to dog training. I found Always Faithful Dog Training and my mentor Joe Adams. Joe mentored me for months, his step by step use of the program developed by AFDT, combined with my studies of Cesar Millan allowed me to forge a position with Joe that has changed my life. I have trained hundreds of dogs with Joe and AFDT. I now operate the Board and Train program which is available through the Fort Worth, Denton or Dallas franchises.
