Hank’s lifelong love of dogs led him to first volunteer, then work fulltime in animal rescue. There he encountered many large dogs with behavioral issues that made them challenging to place as family pets. Hank pursued training to help these dogs and their owners understand one another and develop healthy, joyful relationships. He is now certified as an IDTA Level 2 Trainer and a Therapy Dog Trainer. He has worked as a successful trainer for AFDT in New Orleans and now brings his skills and commitment to improving the quality of life for dogs and their humans in North Carolina.
