Joe was born in Texas where he was raised on the family farm. Working with animals was a big part of his life back then. Joe's mom very frequently trained horses in the county with Joe's help. After thirty-eight years selling snack and specialty foods Joe made the decision to return to training not horses but dogs. "Returning to training and using my acquired knowledge of teaching people leadership, especially with their dogs is very gratifying".

Joe received his training from Marine K9 Trainer and Always Faithful Dog Training Founder, Abraham Mashal. He also learned and graduated from ''Training Cesar's Way in the Essentials of Dog Psychology and Socialization" with Cesar himself.

Joe has been married to Nikki well over thirty years, they have four adult children and nine grandchildren. Their franchise is in North Central Texas and covers Parker, Tarrant Counties which include Fort Worth and Weatherford. Other counties he covers are Hood and Johnson.
