Joel has been passionate about dogs all his life having been raised with them since birth. His goal is to help dogs and people live happier and healthier lives, strengthening their bonds and building long loving relationships. Always Faithful Dog Training has allowed him the opportunity to continue making an impact to help people live their best life with their dogs.



Joel has held multiple roles throughout his career having spent over 6 years in Banking as a Vice President in Investment Management. He has managed Operations, Project Management and Client Reporting teams. Joel is a member of the United States Marine Corps Reserve with over 16 years of decorated service. His experience includes two deployments overseas and he is currently responsible for managing the operations and logistics for over 95 USMCR personnel. He has also been active in giving back to his community having co-founded non-profit chapters of The Mission Continues and No One Left Behind in Pittsburgh.
