Josh was born and raised in Central Illinois. His love for soccer taught him self-discipline and hard work, which led to a soccer scholarship at Illinois Central College. He would later transfer to Illinois State University and receive a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. While working as an Exercise Specialist, Josh attended The OSF Saint Francis College of Nursing and received his bachelor’s in nursing. He started his nursing career in the Emergency Department where he learned patience and the ability to remain calm during stressful situations. When Josh was given the opportunity to become an Always Faithful dog trainer, he was able to incorporate his self-discipline, hard work, patience, and his ability to remain calm to help pet owners become calm, confident pack leaders. Josh is motivated to assist pet owners in developing a trusting relationship with their pets. When Josh is not assisting pet owners, he loves spending time with his wife and children, coaching his children’s soccer teams, traveling, and attending church.
