Rachel, Lead Dog Trainer Rachel grew up always having a passion for animals. Dogs especially held a huge spot in her heart. Her family has a blue merle Aussie named Riley. Her mother owns a pet grooming business, so that was one of the reasons why she easily grew a love for animals. She spent time bathing dogs when she was younger, which helped her to be more comfortable with dogs of all kinds. For the past 3 1/2 years, she had the pleasure of working at a Doggie Day Care:  “It was a great experience to be able to work with all different breeds. I learned how to read a dog’s body language while being in a pack of 60-100 dogs at a time.” Rachel is currently taking classes at Elgin Community College, where she will receive an Associate of Arts degree in May 2017. She is looking forward to helping families develop a bond with their dogs through training at Always Faithful

Ashlie, Dog Trainer Ashlie has had a love for all types of animals since she was young; she had small rodents throughout her childhood. As a teenager, her family adopted a Norwegian Buhund named Nunzio, and later adopted a Yorkie/Pom named Vincenzo from a family friend.  Ashlie is going to the College of Dupage for criminal justice in hopes to become a K9 police officer. She has wanted to become a police officer or a Zookeeper since she was in Elementary school.  As she got older, she found a career path that has both policing and animals. She also shares a dream of owning an animal rescue with her mom in the future.
