After transplanting to beautiful northern Michigan to raise her family over 20 years ago, Emerald has been in pursuit of her up north dream. Her background shares in-home healthcare, small business owner, and most recently real estate agent -- all the while maintaining a busy family schedule. Nonetheless, Emerald never lost her deep connection with nature and animals of all kinds, running her small scale farm. Her commitment to rescuing and rehoming animals speaks volumes about her compassionate nature and desire to make a positive impact.
